PAYMENT METHODS

SKETCHBAR, LLC accepts payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal lets you instantly send payment online using your bank account, a wide variety of credit cards, and other sources.

SECURITY

For your protection and peace of mind, all online PayPal and credit card transactions are processed with the latest security measures. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address.

CHANGE ORDERS

Please note that we cannot add to, cancel, or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

BACKORDERS

In the unfortunate event that an item ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately via email to let you know the estimated ship date and determine how you would like to proceed. 

SALES TAX

We charge sales tax on all orders shipped within Washington state. Currently all other orders with the United States are sales tax exempt.

COLOR OF MONITOR DISCLAIMER

We do our best to ensure that our photos and swatches are as true to color as possible. However, due to everyone seeing colors differently, monitor inconsistencies, digital photography and production variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

Other than the limited warranty set forth in the Returns and Exchanges section on our Shipping and Returns page, the Seller (SKETCHBAR, LLC) makes no other warranty, express or implied, regarding any product purchased from SKETCHBAR, LLC. This warranty disclaimer specifically includes any and all express or implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. Any Buyer who purchases from SKETCHBAR, LLC expressly understands and agrees that, in case of a dispute regarding a purchased product, Buyer’s remedy shall be solely and exclusively limited to the terms and conditions of the return/exchange program described above.

In no case shall SKETCHBAR, LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any injury, or loss of use, revenue, or profit suffered by any Buyer as a result of any product purchase from SKETCHBAR This disclaimer of warranties and liabilities by SKETCHBAR, LLC shall not affect Buyer’s rights against any product manufacturers under express or implied warranties that may be provided by the manufacturers of any products purchased from SKETCHBAR, LLC.

APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE FOR DISPUTES

Buyer understands and agrees that this Agreement and Buyer's transactions with SKETCHBAR, LLC shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and that the exclusive venue for any disputes between Buyer and SKETCHBAR, LLC shall be the state courts of King County, Washington, and Buyer expressly agrees that the state courts of King County, Washington shall have jurisdiction and venue over any such disputes involving SKETCHBAR, LLC.
